This path will determine the character's role.įor example, Path Preservation for Tankers, Path Destruction for DPS solo targets, Abundance for Healers, and many more. With that said, hopefully, you will have a fun time playing Honkai Star Rail while debuffing the enemies using the Effect Hit Rate.In Honkai Star Rail the classes and abilities of each character are divided into Paths. Meanwhile, Crit Rate allows you to land some significant big hits to the enemies based on your Crit DMG. Effect Hit Rate, as discussed earlier, debuffs the enemies and gives you the opportunity to take advantage of the combat. Crit Rate – What Is The Difference?Įffect Hit rate and Crit Rate are two absolutely different things. However, I found a solution to this as I increased the Effect Hit Rate even more than 100%, which guaranteed my characters to debuff the enemies. But you should consider making a balanced build and not focus too much on the effect hit rate. So this could reduce the consistency of your characters to apply debuffs more often, which could be a disadvantage for you. If your Ice character with a 100% Effect Hit rate is applying debuffs to the enemies strong against Ice, then they are not guaranteed to apply the debuffs. You should keep in mind that all enemies have a 20% effect RES against an element they are not weak to. With that said, a 100% Effect Hit Rate doesn’t necessarily mean your character will apply a debuff to the enemy. ![]() I used Light Cone and Relics to increase my character’s Effect Hit Rate so they were able to apply debuff more often. Most skills have a low base chance to apply a debuff on the enemy, so that is why you would need to focus more on increasing the character’s Effect Hit Rate. ![]() This effect is a stat that increased my character’s chance to debuff the enemy, which allowed me to defeat the enemy even faster. But that’s when Effect Hit Rate comes in. With debuffs, I was able to win more quickly, but the chance to apply debuff was low. The debuff would target the target’s SPD for 15% for 2 turns. Welt’s SkillĪs you can see above, Welt’s Skill can debuff enemies, and it has 61% to apply the debuff. The debuffs can reduce the enemy’s Resistance, Speed and can apply some other effects. While the characters of Nihility Path can debuff enemies, the chance of it happening is not that much high. You might already know that only characters of Nihiity Path can debuff enemies. Crit Rate – What Is The Difference?īefore understanding what Effect Hit Rate does, you should know what Nihility Path is, as I did the same.
